Life can change in a blink of an eye!

I was fun plus before my surgery. A very fit person, a Personal Trainer for ages, teaching all sorts of fitness classes, a passionate drummer, a sculptor with works in galleries, an aspiring bass guitar player, a gardener.... I used to spend quality time with my dog Henrix, having long walks with him on the beach... Fun! Things changed in a blink of an eye. An unfortunate injury put everything on hold. After the surgery I reached out for help and read all the infos available on the internet...not so helpful unfortunately! So I thought I may record my rehab path. Maybe, just maybe, this would help others! So this is what happened! On 28th March, I broke my fibula. Just an unfortunate turn on my right foot and I fell down. I heard my bone cracking and the pain was just unbearable. I started sweating like a pig. Then the pain stoped and I thought I was able to stand up and walk. My girlfriends who witnessed the incident tried putting me back on my feet....but I fell again. Still on th...
